SKILL COURSE

Get ready and prepared for class.

Our Skill Course is a four-session course scheduled at your convenience with one of our experienced coaches. Each session is 60 minutes long and will cover technique development and a workout. You and your coach will review movements covered,  discuss your style of training and set you up for success. We make sure our members are well educated and equipped to get the most out of each workout, and to minimize injury

*Our Skill Course is a requirement for all new members wanting to participate in our LIFT + SWEAT classes.

WHO CAN IT HELP

Anyone can benefit from our Skill Course! It’s important to brush up on the basics even though you have experience.  Movements performed in our LIFT + SWEAT class involve foundational and complex barbell movements, gymnastics and body-weight training.

WHAT IS THE COST?

Our Skill Course is $350 for your four private coaching sessions.

We have uniquely designed classes that combine strength, conditioning and yoga to change the body and restore the mind. A variety of fun and challenging classes can be mixed and matched to meet any fitness goal.
