SWEAT 30/45

A fusion of power + endurance without the intimidation. Every class stars with an overview of the workout structure and exercise demos and modifications. If you’re a beginner or prefer to just get to work, this what you need. Get in, get moving and get sweaty.

DURATION: 30/60 MINUTES

LIFT + SWEAT

These classes our are bread and butter. Coaches will get you moving safely and effectively, starting with a strength component and then finish off with classic high intensity interval training to bring out your inner athlete. 

DURATION: 60 MINUTES

MUST COMPLETE SKILL COURSE PRIOR TO ATTENDING.

THRIVE

Who blends yoga and high-intensity intervals? We do. Think: power yoga warm-up, 10-20 minutes of high intensity workouts with movements that change daily, power yoga cool-down. Walk in antsy, walk out feeling more refreshed.

TEENS

Our goal for teens is NOT to create the best athlete. We want to help get (or keep) the teens conditioned to help them excel at the other activities they might participate in through recreational, sport teams or just life. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
