CLASSES

Classes cater to all experience levels. However, it is benificial to have prior knowledge or experience with the basic movements (back squat, deadlift, cleans and strict press). Check out our full schedule of classes here.

SWEAT

This is a fusion of power + endurance. We focus on working at MEDIUM intensity here which is perfect for building your fitness without wrecking your body. Additionally, if you are looking for a place to burn a lot of calories from fat, this is it.

DURATION: 50 MINUTES

LIFT + SWEAT

These classes our are bread and butter. The LIFT portion of the class is comprimised of classic strength/power work, finishing off with a short HIGH intensity workout to bring out your inner athlete.
