SWEAT

This is a fusion of power + endurance. Every class stars with an overview of the workout structure and exercise demos and modifications. If you are looking for a place to start, this is it. Get in, get moving and get sweaty.

DURATION: 50 MINUTES

LIFT + SWEAT

These classes our are bread and butter. Coaches will get you moving safely and effectively, starting with a strength component and then finish off with a short high intensity workout to bring out your inner athlete.
