We have uniquely designed classes that combine strength, conditioning and yoga to change the body and restore the mind. A variety of fun and challenging classes can be mixed and matched to meet any fitness goal. Check out our full schedule of classes here.

SWEAT

A fusion of power + endurance without the intimidation. Every class stars with an overview of the workout structure and exercise demos and modifications. If you’re a beginner or prefer to just get to work, this what you need. Get in, get moving and get sweaty.

DURATION: 45 MINUTES

OPEN TO ALL FITNESS LEVELS

LIFT + SWEAT

These classes our are bread and butter. Coaches will get you moving safely and effectively, starting with a strength component and then finish off with classic high intensity interval training to bring out your inner athlete. 

DURATION: 60 MINUTES

MUST COMPLETE SKILL COURSE PRIOR TO ATTENDING.

RESTORE

A dedicated class for those sore and achy muscles. Lead by a registered physiotherapist, you can bank on looking good and moving well.

DURATION: 30 MINUTES
