We’ve created a program that embodies – effective, safe movements, workouts that allow you to define your own intensity and a coaching staff that don’t care how much weight you lifted, but how you lifted it.

OUR CLASSES

SWEAT

This is a fusion of stamina + endurance. We focus on working at 70-80% intensity here which is perfect for building your fitness without wrecking your body. Additionally, if you are looking for a place to burn a lot of calories from fat, this is it.

LIFT + SWEAT

These classes our are bread and butter. The LIFT portion of the class is comprimised of classic strength/power work, finishing off with a short high intensity (80-95% ) workout to bring out your inner athlete. 

Classes cater to all experience levels. However, it is benificial to have prior knowledge or experience with the basic movements (back squat, deadlift, cleans and strict press).
