Goal Time : 15 – 20min

We are shooting for 3-4 minute rounds here. It’s a lot of deadlifts, and even at a lighter load, it is very important that you focus on maintaining good positions and extending the hips all the way for each rep.

BODYWEIGHT VERSION

5 Rounds for Time

30 Walking Lunges
12 Burpees

Goal Time : 15 – 20min

Make sure you stretch those quads out prior to this workout. Its going to be a lot of lunges.
