Min 1 : Max Reps Double DB Snatches
MIn 2: Single Skips
Min 3: Max Reps DB Clean and Jerk
Min 4 : Single Skips

Classic interval work that we would normally do with a barbell. I want you to push hard on the DB movements and get as many reps possible. Single Skips are purposley programed to get your breathing back down, so don’t go too fast here. As usual, aim to get the same amount of reps every interval.

MIn 2: Single Skips
Min 3: Max Reps Burpee Broad Jump (1meter)
Min 4 : Single Skips
